This magazine spread presents Moon Kyu Lee’s creative practice through an intimate editorial lens. Based on the interview, the layout highlights her experience as a creative director and artist, focusing on her relationship with beauty, branding, self-expression, and the emotional role of art in daily life.
The design uses a minimal black-and-white foundation, structured grids, and layered image arrangements to create a balance between elegance and visual tension. Large portrait imagery introduces a personal and cinematic tone, while smaller image blocks, pull quotes, and varied text columns reflect the many layers of her creative identity. The layout was designed to feel refined, modern, and slightly fragmented, mirroring the process of piecing together a person’s story through memory, conversation, and visual references.
